Virgin Island Banana Fritters

Last week when I posted the recipe for Healthy Banana Pancakes, I told you I would show you how to make Banana Fritters.

Banana Fritters come from the the Islands, are delicious, and if made right, can be healthy.

I use a recipe I found on Pinterest that you can view here. As you know, I substitute wheat flour for 1/2c oat flour and 1/2c Bob’s Red Mill gluten Free All Purpose Flour

I don’t add the egg and I substitute the milk for either Flax seed Milk or Rice Milk.

You can follow the directions for authentic Fritters or you can follow my substitutions for gluten free, dairy free, and egg free alternative.
