#GetFit Day 4

Hey!! So today I was supposed to be coming off of my “Off Day” BUT – and hear me out – I’m tired. No no! Really!! It took me awhile to get moving this morning after I came back from the school drop offs. I didn’t start working until around 11am because I was just THAT TIRED. Then I just fell asleep twice throughout the day while working. I’m taking this as a sign that I need to rest so I won’t be working out today. NOOOOW, that doesn’t mean that I’ve been bad because TECHNICALLY you are supposed to have two off days so I can count this as day two. I just need to make sure that I don’t miss any other days this week.


I DID however, eat very well today! For breakfast I had two eggs, gluten free break with soy butter (gluten free and soy due to allergies), and a glass of milk and water. Snack was a handful of potato chips. Lunch was baked Salmon with veggies. Second snack was a nuttella sandwich on gluten free bread (oh BITE ME! I NEEDED chocolate!). And dinner was a bowl of oatmeal. I also drank about 6 glasses of water – but then again that’s normal for me. I usually drink 1/2 a gallon of water a day. 

Don’t stress of give up if you miss a couple of days! No one’s perfect. The important thing is that you get back up and get back at it!
